Study Abroad at The Glasgow School of Art is a great opportunity to study art within a studio setting in Glasgow, Scotland. The two study abroad programmes are fee-paying programmes for current university student and whose university does not have an Exchange agreement with the Glasgow School of Art. Study Abroad students study with the Glasgow School of Art for credit which can be transferred back to their home institution.
At the Glasgow School of Art, we have two study abroad programmes on offer:
- Study Abroad Studio Art Programme (SASAP): This programme allows students interested in art to explore different courses in fine art and design in a studio setting. Additionally, this programme allows study abroad students the possibility to study one course with the University of Glasgow.
- Study Abroad Degree Programme: This programme allows study abroad students to study within a degree programme with The Glasgow School of Art degree programmes. Study Abroad students on this programme will be enrolled in the same coursework that our GSA students complete as required by the degree programme. This programme allows for dedicated, focused study within one field of fine art or design.
